The Yule Lads Annual Bath

Only ONCE a year the Yule Lads take their annual bath in the Myvatn Nature Baths where guests can join them and bath with them. Some of the Yule Lads are not happy with this tradition, because they don't like the water but other Yule Lads just love to take a bath and be clean.  This year it will be on Saturday the 2nd of December, at 4:00pm. Locals will also be selling homemade goods and crafts at Skjólbrekka between 12:00pm and 5:00pm that could make the perfect Christmas present from Iceland!

A variety of handcrafted souvenirs, fresh from farm goodies and Icelandic design from all over North Iceland.

As usual, the Yule Lads will welcome guests in Dimmuborgir from 11:00am and 1:00pm, the most festive day of the year around Mývatn! Tickets will be on sale at www.yulelads.is
