The Menu

Our menu highlights the bounty of the North — fresh fish from nearby waters, vegetables grown in geothermal greenhouses, wild berries and Arctic herbs, delicious dairy from small independent farms, and sustainably raised, free-roaming Icelandic lamb.

Our approach is straightforward: to uplift and enhance our beautiful Icelandic ingredients with a subtle infusion of global flavours, inspired by the intrepid explorers who first made this wild land their home.
